Sony teaser the new WH-1000XM5
Sony has put up a teaser page for the upcoming WH-1000XM5. While we have seen the photos, and the 30 hours of battery life, we still do not know many other details like price, retail availability and if the headphones bring any new features. Rumoured price is $399 USD.
The reveal is slated for May 12th, 16:00GMT. For the photo leak and analysis, check the post below.

I am surprised the new model is being announced so early, but perhaps the leaks might have moved the date forward? Regardless, hopefully the retail availability will not be that much later, but I suspect major markets will get it first and then slowly it will appear in other regions.
I suspect Sony Japan will have their own event, so that might be the same day earlier or more likely the day after on the 13th. And I was right, Sony Japan tweeted their event/announcement for May 13th, 09:00 local time.
