Firmware Update to Version 3.05.00 for NW-ZX700/NW-A300 Series

A new firmware update has been released for the A and ZX Walkmans.

The update brings the following changes:

Provides security updates (The security patch level of the Settings menu will be as of December 2025)
Other functions improved

This may be the last update from Sony, but who knows. We may still get security updates down the road. Thanks Ed for the heads up.

how do I take the low volume setting off???

  Not sure it is possible on models that have the volume limited.
