No this is not a Foldable Xperia
Sony dropped the official trailer for Spider-man: Brand New Day today. In the trailer, Peter is using a foldable phone and some are speculating this could be a new Xperia.
Well the answer is. no, this is not a foldable Xperia.
The device in the trailer is nothing but a Samsung Flip 7. Yes the screen is missing the pinhole camera, but that was probably covered up by CGI team when the new video chat was overlayed onto the phone during production. Either the pinhole camera was accidentally left out, or it was removed on purpose.

I know Sony used to feature their products in the movies they produced, but even the woman on the bus is not wearing a Sony headset in the trailer.
It looks like the LORELEI Q60 headset. Sony could have easily used the WH-1000XM5 in the shot, but nope.
I honestly don’t understand why Sony stopped using their own products 🤷🤷. It’s just weird imho.
No idea, rather poor decision on their part. I can understand the phone, but not headphones. That’s an easy thing to add.
