Sony 1000X THE COLLEXION Firmware Update Update Version 1.3.0
Just like the WH-1000XM6, Sony has released a firmware update for the Sony 1000X the Collexion (WH-1000XX).
The update adds GMAP support as well.
- Adds support for the Gaming Audio Profile (GMAP)
Note: GMAP is a low-latency Bluetooth profile optimized for gaming. - Improves general performance
As I mentioned in the WH-1000XM6 3.1.5 firmware update post, Sony is also testing a GMAP update for the WF-1000XM6 earbuds.
